Cardholders with “fair credit” have had their rates increase by 3% to 20.17%

Cardholders with strong credit are receiving lower interest rates as well as other benefits. The typical length of an intro rate at 0% for balance transfers has increased in the first quarter of the year. It has now reached 10.29 months which is 2.39% longer than last year’s fourth quarter.
